StoryFire has various features that let you protect yourself from abusive users. One of these features allows you to ban a user who is spamming or being abusive in the comments of your own content.
To ban a user from your social post, click the 3 dots next to the comment and select "Ban User From Post"
To ban a user from your story, click the 3 dots next to the comment and select "Ban User From Story"
